Will you use the balloon kit I purchased myself from Amazon, Etsy, etc.?

In When it comes to balloons we only use high quality latex from a trusted supplier to ensure they are not damaged or expired. Also, many times, kits from Amazon or Etsy might not have enough balloons to create the desired vision as a lot of the images used for those kits are photoshopped or the image is work from an actual balloon artist's website and is being passed off as what is contained in the kit. We like to ensure our customers have the BEST quality and our work is represented to our standards. Those kits may be a wonderful option for DIY parties, but we want to ensure we are giving our customers the experience they are asking for. Thank you for understanding.

Do you charge a delivery and set up fee?  

Yes. For delivery and set up within thirty miles there is a $20 delivery and set up fee. Distance beyond 30 miles will be determined by the mileage. This fee is always included in your quote. Contact us for more information. 

How soon in advance of my event should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible. Our calendar tends to fill quickly and is first come first serve. If you are booking less than 2 weeks of your event there is a possibility we may not have everything in stock you want for your order. We can often work it out, but it is a risk.

How do I pay?

We require a 50% down payment at the time of booking and the remaining balance the day of delivery. We take PayPal, cash, Quickbooks invoice payment, and Venmo.

How long will my balloons last?

Again, Blooming Balloons and Event Decor only uses they highest quality balloons from a reputable company. If the balloons are kept inside and not manipulated too much, they will likely last for weeks with very few balloons deflating. Balloons used for outdoor events typically do not last as long. Depending on temperature and weather conditions they may last 1 day to a week.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans may change. If your event is cancelled, we will credit the 50% down payment to a future event if notification is given within 48 hours. We do begin building our designs up to 2 days prior. Please contact us for details surrounding your event cancellation.
